End of Autumn term news 13.12.19

This term seems to have flown by – it feels like just 5 minutes ago that we were blowing the shofar and already we are spinning dreidels and frying latkes! It has been a jam-packed term with lots of extra activities taking place too. These have included the launch of our Family Education programme through which we held a whole-school Rosh HaShanah study session, a Rosh Chodesh learning event for Year 5 pupils/parents and a Chanukah session for the families of Years 1-3. We have had (and thoroughly enjoyed) the Year 4-5 Shabbaton and commemorated the Sephardi Refugee Memorial Day. We are also working closely with Jewish Interactive to create bespoke interactive resources to support and enhance our JS curriculum, which is a really exciting innovation. We look forward to another full and inspirational term ahead!
