Year 5 are continuing the topic of My Room - הַחֶדֶר שֶלִי. They have learnt the vocabulary of items in a room and are able to make verbal and written sentences accordingly. Some children created a book on JI Studios to be read and shown to the younger children in the EYU. They designed a room, labelled it and recorded their voices. Some children typed sentences in Ivrit too. Some children played a board game with our wonderful shinshinit Ella who has come to join us from Israel. They loved playing Israeli games and connecting it to our topic. We are continuing with the weekly spelling and translation tests and the children are making good progress.
