Daily Reading

Reading at home with your child is very important. It helps them to develop their learning in many areas. At the present time we will send 2/3 books home twice a week. Hopefully, when the situation improves we will be able to resume the daily changing of books. The children should still practise daily in order to increase their confidence, fluency and comprehension. Your child may want to read a book from home and as long as they are reading, that’s fantastic. Most children this age really love to read new and familiar stories.
