The children in Year 1 learnt about סֶמֶל הַמְדִינׇה - Semel Hamdina- The Emblem of the Country of Israel. They discovered the symbols that are on the emblem - מְנוֹרׇה , עֲנְפֵי זׇיִת, - ‘Menorah’, ‘Olive branches’. And had lots of fun with crafts and activities on יוֹם הַעַצְמׇאוּת - Yom HaAtsmaut.
