The children have been making sentences using previous knowledge - the verbs ‘Ochel’- אוֹכֵל- eat, ‘shoteh’- שׁוֹתֶה- drink, ‘ohev’ - אוֹהֵב - love, ‘rotseh’ - רוֹצֶה- want. They have been learning the new foods and drinks for this topic in their sentences. Some children have already started learning how to use the infinitive verb ‘l’echol’- לֶאֱכֹל - To eat, ‘lishtot’- לִשְׁתּוֹת- To drink, making more complex sentences.
