Autumn Term 2025

Year 4 were working on the topic - 'Bet HaSefer Sheli' (My School). (See Topic Vocabulary for details). They revised the days of the week and learnt the subject names in Ivrit, creating their own timetables and answering questions. They can say which subjects they love best.  - אני הכי אוהב/אוהבת.......

Some children are able to use the infinitive verb ללמוד (to learn) and all the children are able to use the verb לומד  - learn, and אוהב  - love. Kol HaKavod Year 4!

The next topic is 'My Classroom' - הכיתה שלי. (See topic vocabulary for the relevant vocabulary). The children will learn all the items in a classroom, including what is in their bags and pencil cases, using the important phrase יש (there is).
