Programme of Study

Ivrit B-Click - A digitally based resource using graduated study units on a variety of topics.

Resources include interactive activities, games, worksheets and flash cards.

Topics covered are 'Clothes', 'My Bedroom', 'How Do I Look?', 'Daily Routine'. The children cover the four strands of language learning - Understanding (listening),

Speaking, Reading (comprehension) and Writing (script) in this programme.

Ivrit lessons do not always follow the curriculum. There are many cross curricular lessons for example during

Book Week, Ivrit is taught through story telling and creative writing. In Art Week, Ivrit is taught through paintings and Israeli artists.

During the Chagim, Ivrit lessons include relevant songs, activities, foods and stories from Israel. The language

is taught in tandem with the culture. Where possible the culture is brought into the classroom through videos, Israeli guests, drama, foods and song.
